Chick-fil-a - Blue Springs

I cannot rave enough about this restaurant. I have always had a great meal and top-notch service at every location I've visited, but this one was exceptional! The standout was the young man who took care of us, Tripp. He was fantastic. My daughter and I stopped in after a Halloween festival in Blue Springs, and he was incredibly friendly and genuinely kind. He engaged with my daughter as she placed our order and even remembered my name throughout our time there. We enjoyed our meal in the dining room and were able to relax after a busy evening, as Tripp checked on us and chatted with us before we left. This level of service is rare, especially at high-end restaurants, so I was thoroughly impressed. As we were leaving, my daughter asked if I knew Tripp, to which I replied that I didn't before, but now I know he's just a great guy who excels at his job. Thank you, Tripp, for providing us with a wonderful experience at Chick Fil A in Blue Springs.

Let me start off by saying I love eating here?normally?.I have a lot of respect for this restaurant (especially the fact that they?re closed on Sunday?s), with that being said today at the Blue Springs location was a disappointment. Our food did arrivequickly but we couldn?t find one clean table to sit at, it wasn?t busy and many employees were either on break or standingaround to include I presume the manager of the establishment who is still currently sitting right across from me at a boothchatting. We were asked by the same employee if we needed anything about 6 times. We did appreciate that she seemed to be theonly one working in the dining area to include emptying the trash and vacuuming all right beside us as we ate?that part wasn?tgreat but she was sweet. I?m just saddened by the lack of work ethic I increasingly see on a daily basis?people just need to dobetter ????

I went to Chick-fil-A and was impressed by the fast service and the friendly staff taking orders. They even gave me a small ice cream cup for my dog.

The service at this restaurant was incredibly quick and friendly. It seemed like we were being waited on by the owner or manager, who ensured everything was done perfectly. The staff we encountered during our lunch were all dedicated to providing great customer satisfaction.

I 'd like to start by saying the amount of people they move through here is overly impressive. That being said, nuggets were more breading than chicken and the large fry was questionablly large . Customer service has always been on point. Didn 't have timeto bring it to their attention for the problem to be resolved. That would defeat the fast in fast-food.
