Bob Evans - Blue Springs

This restaurant offers delicious comfort food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at great prices. Each time I visit, I leave feeling satisfied and happy. The waitstaff are also very friendly and attentive.

The food has a homemade quality to it. Overall, the experience is average, and the food is just okay. However, the staff is friendly. It's not a bad place to eat, just keep your expectations in check.

My meal was just okay, but everyone else in my party enjoyed their food! The waitstaff was excellent and very attentive. We felt sorry for them when we saw another table with two adult women and five or six young children who just got up and left, leaving a mess of garbage on the table, neighboring chairs, and all over the floor. It was pretty upsetting to see how those adults were setting such a poor example for the kids. The staff had to spend about 30 minutes cleaning up after these messy diners, even spending 10 minutes on their hands and knees! We decided to pitch in and clean up our area before leaving a generous tip.

I sat next to a ton of dirty tables. It was my birthday, so I wanted to go for breakfast. She wanted to get me the stuff. The omelet was rough. All waiters seemed old and slow. The manager was very nice and very helpful. She made my experience better even if I didn't complain and I had a satisfying tip she noticed my experience in her restaurant was not good. I want to come back to see if it's always like that, or I just came on a bad day.
