The Smiths Arms - Blackwood

Visited for the first time last Sunday 26 March, and had a beautiful Sunday lunch! The meat was delicious, and it was piping hot! We were served very quickly, and pudding was also very nice, although apple pie was a bit soggy, but tasty all the same! It was excellent value for money, at a local establishment, we will definitely be returning!

Food not the best. Had pie that was burnt with gravy poured on the top to hide it. The service was good and friendly. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Really disappointed in dinners today. No stuffing 1 roast potato. Gravy tasted awful. Burnt taste to it. Even heard the other tables on about the gravy. Definitely spoilt my food . Usually the food is beautiful Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
