Bp Truckstop - Blackwater

I called to order some burgers and gave them over an hour to prepare them, but they couldn't fulfill my order because they were already busy cooking something else. What a waste!

The restrooms were dirty. I scanned my BP rewards card, but it didn't work. When I asked the attendant about it, he kept assuring me that it had gone through, but it clearly hadn't. He offered to let me use points, which made it obvious that the card didn't work. Unfortunately, they were not willing to rectify the issue for me.

The BEST steak works burger I've had in my 60 years of living in Queensland!!! Absolutely amazing!

Locked toilets every time I have been there you have to get the keys this time I was given the keys to the ladies not the gents.

Cheap fuel price and shop full of variety.Good customer service.
