Mcdonald's - Blackfoot

Every time I visit this restaurant, I consistently order a quarter pounder with cheese only. Unfortunately, out of the last 6 months, only one time was my order done correctly, and that was because they forgot my entire order. It is baffling how difficult it seems to be to receive a simple burger with cheese only on it. I urge the restaurant to educate their cooks on how to properly prepare a plain burger. There is nothing more frustrating than arriving home only to find that my order is incorrect.

I have visited this restaurant 7 times and they have only gotten my order correct once. The fries are consistently cold and stale. When ordering through DoorDash, they do not provide napkins, straws, or sauce. However, they are one of the few options in the area, otherwise, I would not choose to give them my business. Overall, I rate the food, service, and atmosphere a 1 out of 5.

The restaurant was dirty and it was busy during rush hour. The food was cold and the employee was very rude. Overall, the service was poor. The meal was a dine-in experience and cost between $20-$30 per person. The food quality was rated 2, service was rated 1, and the atmosphere was also rated 1.
