Shocking. No other word to describe my experience today. Women was so rude. Told us 20 minutes on the phone, so after 20 I go there tells me another 10 minutes then at this point I asked if it had even been started. No it hadn’t! The chef wasn’t there until another 10 minutes after this! We spent over £20, which then all if not most and this Chinese defiantly does give free pawn cracker! The women told me she has £70 orders waiting so I couldn’t get my free pawn crackers. Shocking waiting time and the women was so rude. I honestly wanted to leave the food there. Not the first time I’ve received this kinda services from this Chinese either

The only place I have ordered from where it is more expensive to go direct than via just eat for mediocre food

I typically rate food when I order from restaurants, but I recently ordered from Just Eat and my food arrived in 10 minutes. Unfortunately, it was obvious that the food was leftover from the previous day. I was very disappointed with the experience.

The service at this restaurant is very poor, the food is not good - it's either cold or missing part of the order. The only good thing I can say about the takeaway is the delivery guy, he is great. However, I would recommend looking elsewhere for a better dining experience.

The customer service was awful. I placed an order tonight and waited over an hour for it, only to receive the wrong items. After calling them, I waited another hour just to get the missing part of my order. By that time, the rest of the food was cold. They even wanted to charge me for their mistake. I have been a customer for years and have had numerous issues here. I will not be returning.
