Little Caesars Pizza - Billings

The cashier was wacked out on some sort of drugs, could barely stand up straight and keep his eyes open. Kept trying to get us to pay with card when there was nothing rang up. Then tried to charge us for 50$ worth of pizzas when we only ordered two! Had to have the manager fix the order. Still gave us the wrong pizzas...

This location has no team anything! Bad business across the charts. Customer service is horrible. Don't ask questions cuz they will say whatever passes the buck and gets you out the door..with or without your orders being correct. I wanted to make sure they had my complete orders and I was told that it erases off their screen after the coded doors open...Really? I said I had a list and she said it was all there...in the box! Well toots... It wasnt even the correct order, it was someone else's. I lose money when you don't do your job correctly! If YOU don't like your job... quit and give it to someone who will do better and take some pride in what they do.

If you're going to have in your internet marketing say you are open then be open it says open until 10:00 p.m. on Sunday go there and you're closed I wasn't the only sad now former customer several others pulled up to find locked doors and it can't be from a lack of business went a few blocks from your Grand store to Broadway and there was Domino's sending out pizzas as fast as they could make them pretty amazing how much business you were losing sad way to do business guess it's time to wake up and take care of your customers
