Ihop - Billings

Our family visits IHOP restaurants whenever we travel because they are so kid friendly. Last week we traveled to Billings and the kids asked to go to IHOP. This was our first experience at this IHOP. We were pleasantly surprised by the service we received. She was outstanding. The food was perfect and we will definitely visit this IHOP again when we visit Billings.

My Family and I eat there on a regular basis. One or two times a week. We find the service is consistently top notch and the food great. They are a busy restaurant especially on the weekends. It is worth the wait.

The waitress was very unfriendly, not even one smile. Service was very slow too.

Some 20-25 minutes or so after having ordered our food we heard the waitress tell the cook our order. She then came over to us and told us she forgot to put the order in the computer. We got up and left and will NEVER return.

Ashley was extremely kind, very soft spoken and a joy to chat with. Sadly the food came out COLD, this irks me beyond belief because I enjoy my food nice and hot damn near burn your mouth hot. I'm not a germafobe so I urged her to touch the food and she couldn't believe how cold it was. She took it back and popped it in the microwave however this is the second place in town this has happened at and there wasn't even an offer for a discount. I am in no way fishing for free meals but the gesture or even the offer means a great deal.
