Bidrage med feedbackArrived with a party of 4 at 9.50pm and was turned away, as they 'are only open for taking online orders '. This policy is not displayed in the shop or website, they should have been open still and we wanted to takeaway anyway. Why have a shop? We live local and have been quite a few times, but won 't be back. While other businesses struggle in this pandemic Kaspa 's are doing so well they can turn business away. Good luck
I have been insulted by the manager of Kaspa's Bexleyheath. I went there last week with 7 children to celebrate my 11 years old daughter’s birthday. And had called for a table the day before but no one picked the phone. Today they picked the phone n booked for 8 people. But when arrived they failed to give the table for 8 rather just managed to give a regular table for 4 where 6 kids managed to sit. The waitress apologised for the booking mixed up. Then one of the customer kindly hurried their meal and allow their table. I placed order for 7 kids and paid. They severed the food. All were fine this far, the staffs serving or taking order were nice. One out of 7 order had a bit mixed up. They gave cream instead of ice cream but when went to the counter immediately they served a scope on a pot. Then the kids started to ask for spoons as all were given fork n knife though half of them had ordered ice creams. I could not find anyone to provide the spoon and seeing the cutleries being displayed openly (see photo) I thought they were for self service. So I collected few spoons and then the manager asked me not to touch their stuffs in a rude way. She said I should not have touched their stuff! I didnot say a word in shock as I was doing their job when they failed! She kept talking and even when I returned to my table she kept yelling that I was rode as I did not say anything at all but shake my head after returning to table without having any word with her. She called me rude! Then I went back to the counter and told her how could she called me rude when I was doing their job! They should have apologised instead calling me rude n yelling at me! She then said this the last time for me in Kaspa's… I said why are you insulting me when you failed your service! They then asked me to leave! I told her I have paid for my service and with 7 kids I am not leaving. I then asked for the owner and she said “you will never able to reach the owner in you life.” One of the staff come over and ask what was the issue but she interrupted saying he was not her boss! At that point the guy became silent! She then kept yelling and calling me rude and lie that I was rude with her staff when I had never had any issue and thanks them every time… I don’t have any clue why she took on me! And also said I did not have any education! I then just said that was really the joke of the year. As having a master degree from a renowned university and working for top university in the world as a manager. We finished our meal but she was still moaning about me after 35mins. I can only think that the self claimed manager has some mental health issue or my skin colour was an issue for her. No way it is acceptable to be insulted by her in-front of two of my kids and their friends, after paying for a service in a restaurant or dessert bar.
This place is pants, the service was horrendous the comments from the staff poor. The food came up all at different times supposedly due to deliveroo orders and breaks.The food was rank and expensive. I wouldnt **** on thia place if it was on fire.
This is a fab place to have your pick of incredible desserts. The menu is extensive with great staff comfortable restaurant. Be aware, the desserts are far larger than you can possibly imagine! Delicious!
Awful experience, waffle was premade and cold and sauce looks messy and rushed, the sundae did not include kiwi like the menu said it would and the waitress took us to a dirty table with holes/rips in the seats.
