Kaspa's Desserts - Bexley

This place is pants, the service was horrendous the comments from the staff poor. The food came up all at different times supposedly due to deliveroo orders and breaks.The food was rank and expensive. I wouldnt **** on thia place if it was on fire.

The service was terrible from the moment we entered the restaurant. We were told to sit wherever we liked and that a menu would be brought to us, but after waiting for 10 minutes with no menu in sight, we had to go and get our own. We placed our order at the till, and eventually received a cold chocolate waffle. After waiting 20 minutes for two scoops of ice cream, a staff member informed us that they had lost our order and asked us to repeat it. When the ice cream finally arrived, it did not come with any of the fruit that was listed on the menu. Overall, the staff appeared unhappy and unenthusiastic, creating a negative atmosphere for customers.

We ordered from Kaspas for delivery, but the waffles did not have any chocolate on them. The Bueno Kinder waffle had white Buenos on it, but they were not actually Bueno chocolates. Normally, we enjoy getting a treat from here, but we were a bit disappointed tonight.

This is a fab place to have your pick of incredible desserts. The menu is extensive with great staff comfortable restaurant. Be aware, the desserts are far larger than you can possibly imagine! Delicious!

Awful experience, waffle was premade and cold and sauce looks messy and rushed, the sundae did not include kiwi like the menu said it would and the waitress took us to a dirty table with holes/rips in the seats.
