The Flour Shop - Bethlehem

Hands down the best bakery in the area! Their raspberry danish is amazingly good. Unfortunately, very limited seating options, so plan to order to go.

Best bakery around. That’s all that really needs to be said, but alas… I’ll say more: We have never had something from The Flour Shop we didn’t enjoy. My personal favorites are their cheese danishes and fashnachts (on Shrove Tuesday). The whole family enjoys their sourdough as well, and there are always fun new bread types to try.

Always fantastic. Anything with Bacon is extra amazing. I love making French Toast from their Raisin Bread!

I went here for my first and second time today. I went with my wife just on a whim. We got a few things and tried them in the car. I immediately went back inside to purchase more items. Everything we had was amazing. I have never had olive rolls so tasty. Try everything here even if the combination isn’t something you would typically think works, because it does work. The atmosphere was really nice too, Grateful Dead was playing in the background.

This is the first time I ordered bread (online) from the Flour Shop in Bethlehem, PA. I bought 6 loaves because I wanted to try as many as I could at once. I am so pleased! The breads are fantastic. On the drive home my car smelled of wonderful, fresh baked bread. First thing I did when I got home was to have a slice of each one. I'm hooked. I know where I will be buying my breads from now on. I am very happy I found this bakery.
