Moe's Southwest Grill - Bethlehem

The staff here are wonderful. The customer service is very good. On a Friday at dinner time, they had multiple pick up orders as well as a few customers to place an order. They were calm, collected, and greeted each customer. Also, food is delicious!

Previously a good moe was to go, no more. in the last few years my wife and I were on a slide for the last time. 6 o'clock, no customers. some burrito ingredients container empty, some had only rest, some salsa container options empty, the ice machine has worked for years. dirty tables that were sitting at the tables on their phones and welcome to moe 's was replaced by a star and what do they want? we should know that even the illuminated sign at the front does not work. who is the franchise owner must no longer take care of himself.

It was good. There was a young lady behind the counter that understood it was my first time there and truly made the experience a good one. Restaurant was clean and food was good. I got the steak bowl and she walked me through there process! Very good service and I enjoyed the visit. Restaurant was clean!Food: 5/5

I think corporate needs a secret shopper at this location. The music was so loud I couldn't hear the employee; I had to keep asking her to talk louder. Anyway, let's just say our bowls at $11.99 we're pretty expensive for rice. To give you an idea, they gave us five sliced olives, three half slices of peppers, and four slices of jalapenos. I ordered a side of queso, which was watered down. I spent almost $50. Oh, the salsa station was very lacking. The bowls barely had anything in them. I've never been to a Moe’s location that looked so empty and cheap with the food. Do yourself a favor and visit the Easton location on Rt. 248. It's clean and welcoming, food, and toppings are fresh.

Probably my all time favorite place to go to when I'm in the mood for a burrito. Recently had their tacos and lordy I was a bit sad I only ordered a single taco. Definitely worth checking out!Food: 5/5
