Tim Hortons - BERESFORD

We love stopping here on our way to and from Campbellton. The staff are generally always super friendly, the order is always correct and there is something about this location that everything tastes better. To top it off, the drive thru has the best view ever! We love the little stream that flows out to the bay, coupled with the bridge and trees surrounding it.

Very friendly staff . Being new to New Brunswick I was made to feel very welcome by Staff . The young lady struck up a conversation with me and made me feel like I am an important part of her community. Thank you so much for that

The drive thru experience is horribly slow, even when theres only 5 cars in it. I can be in line 15 to 30 mins every time. Even hit 40 minutes once. Also, 1 out of three times they mess up your order or forget stuff. Really annoying when you get home expecting something and it is wrong or not even in the bag. But like someone mentionned, it depends on the shift. When it is the staff that cares it flows, when it is the ones that are there for paycheck only it is horrible.Edit....messes up order just happened at this instance.....weekend shift do not care!!!2nd Edit 2023-10-28Thought I'd order online today so they don't mess up the order. Asked for extra butter on my bagel, I open it, they didn't put any butter at all. I knew that would happen, therefore, I asked the lady for 4 more butter when I picked up the order. She barely acknowledged me and only put 1 butter in my bag. Did not waste my time asking her for more and just left. I buy food here almost everyday but this is the last time I will, only coffee from now on. Service and attention to detail while doing orders is horrendous. Mind you, it is the weekend staff again....

This Tim Hortons has to be one of the worst for traffic.Located on the main strip in Beresford, it is not even 100' from and major junction and the lineup for the drive through is absolutely horrendous.The parking lot is extremely small as well so it's not as though there are options to park and go inside to order.Not uncommon to wait 10m-15m (depending on the time of day) to get your order.Really wish there was another way to enter and exit this place rather than doing it all from the rue principale.Otherwise, the staff are generally kind and understand that people have generally been waiting a while.
