Wendy's - Benton Harbor

I had good *AND* bad experiences here, but the food is usually at point hours say open at 6 o'clock, but dining room not open until 8:00 from 10/10/22

It's hard to please people when the workers don't pay attention. After repeating my order several times it was still wrong. The gentleman before me got a wrong order too. It wasn't that busy. However it was very clean, well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. They were out of several products. I was there on a Monday.

Apparently the drive through was closed, which I figured out after being ignored for a few minutes and then shrugged at and a head shake when I pulled up to the window to see if maybe they were closed, I finally just parked and went in, there were three employees, the one at the register was curt with me but I was interrupting his social hour with the two ladies that were working with him. The food was alright and I didn't have a long wait but I wasn't exactly impressed with the service overall.

Absolutely a SH!T SHOW! the worst, slowest service ever! Soooo LAZY! And RUDE. ENTITLED people obviously. Thanks Biden! THEY DONT REALIZE OUR MONEY PAYS THEIR CHECKS! But they were raised to think they are doing us a favor when they hand us things we pay for!!!! Down rite disgusting!

Totally dysfunctional and completely incompetent!! 2 customers in front of me which was basically 3 combo meals. Nothing too difficult. Then I got skipped to serve the customer behind me who had a 10 pce nugget and fries. ALL I ORDERED WAS 2 JR CHEESEBURGER DELUXES and the drive through wasn’t even open. 5 employees. 20 mins from ordering to getting my food. Don’t waste your time here. I won’t again. And they were cold and didn’t have the lettuce or Tomato on them. I’d go back and get a refund, but I don’t have the time. Worst Wendy’s experience ever!!!
