Taco Bell - Benton Harbor

Quick service and delicious food. It would be great to see new specials more often to mix things up. There's something on the menu for everyone!

I've only dined here for breakfast, but I keep returning because the lady with the dreads is such a delight to talk to and truly excels in customer service! However, they frequently run out of food items by the end of the day.

They don't usually make mistakes. Generally, the orders are well put together and accurate. The only issue seems to be getting the staff to respond to the drive-thru speakers or actually be open during their stated hours. I witnessed someone ahead of me wait at the speaker for 10 minutes without a greeting until he finally honked his horn.

Food was good, though on two occasions I ordered a great mangofresser and got a little. The second time they gave me the right size after I asked. The first time was through the drive-thru.

Wait was very long and only 2 other people in drive thru…not sure if they were under staff but ordered 3 boxes and the lady said that they were out of boxes but didn’t even try to put them in 3 different bags so I had to separate it myself. a lot of the items were cold and not even sure I got the right order…
