Hardee's - Benson

Wife loves the chicken strips. I love the male selections. Yeah, I knew the hamburger.

The food was tasty and served hot. I enjoyed the new cinnamon rolls, but my husband absolutely loves them.

I specifically requested no ice in my drink, but they still added ice. Additionally, they forgot my cinnamon rolls. I had to drive all the way home only to realize they were missing, which meant I had to drive back to pick them up. By the time I returned, the food was really cold. It seems like they don’t pay attention to details.

Just stop there for ice tea today for the rest of the drive home as I was waiting for my tea to be poured I noticed on the wall a sanitation grade of 100 I have only seen that have a sanitation grade a few times in my life kudos to the hearties team in Benson! I?ve eaten at this Hardee?s 15 times over the last five or six years in the customer service and the friendly staff is second to none in fast food. My food is always fresh and hot and serve with the smile!

We stopped at 2 Hardee's yesterday on 15 hour trip. Ordered to-go at the counter at both. 1st was further north. Very disorganized and super slow. More to say but that is sufficient. 2nd was more like a typical Hardee's or other fast food restaurant. Food was great at both. Score is from averaging 3 for 1st and 5 for 2nd.
