I could say how busy she was that it would be good. the personal was small, but they all worked well together, which helped to move the line quickly. I have a diabelo bagel that was absolutely delicious. stay here in any case again!

This place goes on to the hill. I ordered a hot ham and cheese on a croissant and there is hardly any sink and it was not hot. all workers carry their pyjamas to work and the load is not clean at all. the quality of food is bad and too expensive. You'd be sad with mcdonalds!

I hate to leave this review on 1 star, but my experience there last Friday 6/1/22 was quite terrible. I have occasionally stopped here in the past, as it is one of the best places to get a decent bagel on the east side of raleigh. when I stopped on Friday, my order was quickly removed and I stepped aside to wait after I had paid. within a few minutes appeared a argument to begin with some of the kitchen and front end staff. was finally thrown out into the front counter as a bunker and turned into a shiny game. the general thema of argument seemed to be mopping floors and clean the toilets. the participating employees seemed to be mostly late teenagers and early twenties and would probably benefit from a lection in professionalism and demut. when my eating showed up, it was usually right, I ordered a second sausage patty and it was not included so that the dame that took my order went to put a second on my bagel. it came individually packed into a piece of film. not a big thing, but when I came back to my truck, I found it still partially frozen and could not be eaten. all in all a rough experience at a place I usually enjoy. I hope that the management is going on the training of employees to least to keep the arguments on a back room or outside.

Big Steve's is the most authentic New York style shop I have found since moving to NC. The bagels are to die for as is most of the food. The staff is always very friendly and efficient. This place does get busy because of how great they are but the wait always goes very fast. This is a must stop if you are in the area. Every road trip we take begins at Big Steve's!!!

My kids are in guilty pleasure heaven!!! It was our first time here and we are in pure LOVE!! The staff is soooooo amazing!! One of the staff made a lasting impression on my son and he can't stop talking about her!! Highly recommend this establishment!!!
