Moja Y Pica - Benidorm

Just home from Benidorm was staying at the Bali across the road, and tried all the restaurants in the square in first two days. On the third day we went for lunch here, myself my wife and our daughter and baby son, and straight away as soon as we went in Paco shook all our hands and welcomed us to a seat and didn't even need to ask for a highchair for my son he went and got it straight away, this was a big thing for me as most places in the square don't have or u need to ask about 5 times. He took our drinks order and was so quick with it, he had a joke and laugh with us all and made us feel very welcome, we ordered food and was excellent got free lemon chellow afterwards kid got lollipops and ice cream free of charge, long story short we went back here every day of the holiday whenever we passed we popped in to say hi or he popped out to say hi, this is a 4star establishment but the staff especially Paco is a a 5+star will definitely keep in touch

This place seemed like a hidden gem but was like a lump of coal. If you buy a beer you get a free tapa. Okay! Sounds good! Four deep fried chicken wings that did not have a slither of taste unless you count grease as a taste. Ordered the sirloin steak. 300grm and about a 100grm was edible. The rest was fat and sinews. The girlfriends carbonara pasta was actually edible but she hated it. She also ordered a margarita that I think was about 90% tequilla...weirdly. All in all it was a pretty terrible dining experience and all these glorious reviews are beyond me. Maybe we hit the place on an off night but man it was bad. They did ask for a tripadvisor review on the menu so... here they go.

We came here for a snack and a coffee with our little girl, they were so friendly very welcoming and accomadating, made us feel right at home, food was absolutely beautiful for a great price too, defiantly reccomend this place, thanks for balloon animal

Lovely cafe right opposite gran bali...cheaper than other places in the vicinity... lovely staff and a nice friendly atmosphere... and food is very good... thanks to andres....

This place has only been open 2 months and can only get better! Amazing steak! The owners English is lacking but they more than make up for it it their willingness to please! The 2 course Menu del Dia is wonderful value... We will return soon!
