Bertucci's Italian - Bel Air

Excellent pizza! Bertucci's oven pizza is under the radar. Do not always go with the choir, provided that small joints are the best. Stop driving and check if Bertucci is there for you. Quality food and din-in service. Best Pizza in Harford County, MD!

Wonderful location, really calm atmosphere. Its cozy in a way. The family focus is true to the Italian way. Food also has a nice garlic focus which is any Italian staple, I heard a quote before once saying Food is essential, therefore make it good and let me tell you. Its good eating here.

The staff seemed generally miserable, as if they had a disdain for the world. The chefs in the back appeared happy, which made the front-of-house staff’s unhappiness even more noticeable. While our server was nice enough, he wasn’t very attentive—he seemed more interested in other tasks than interacting with customers. The food was mediocre at best, certainly not worth the prices charged. Much of it came out lukewarm, while the main dishes were unnecessarily hot, a puzzling combination given that we were the only table he was responsible for. We waited quite a while to receive our takeout boxes, which were too small for our leftovers. When we left, there was no one to thank us or wish us goodbye. Considering the cost of the meal, I expected better service and food, especially from staff who looked like they didn’t want to be there. From the indifferent server who ignored us to the lackluster service overall, the experience was disappointing. Given the prices and the quality of service we received, we won’t be coming back. Everything about this place left much to be desired.

Until recently, it had been a long time since I last had Bertucci's (not since childhood!), and I was pleasantly surprised by how much it has grown. I placed a large order for my office tomorrow at 6:00, and the website was incredibly easy and fast to use. Our order arrived on time at noon and was still hot when it got to the office—absolutely delicious! We had everything we needed, including some gluten-free pizzas. Everyone loved the pizza, myself included. I definitely plan to order from Bertucci's for my personal meals and future office dinners. For this order, I kept the pizzas fairly simple, but I'm excited to try some of the artisan pizzas next time—they look fantastic!

I stopped by this restaurant and sat at the bar for a quick bite and drink after a long day. Rick, the bartender, was fantastic. He was attentive, dedicated, and made excellent drink recommendations. He also had a great rapport with everyone there. I would definitely return and request Rick!
