Mcdonald's - Bel Air

I have been here 10-15 times everytime takes 30 mins to even reach the drive-thru window. How is this place even still open?

The interior looked amazing, with nice decor displayed on the walls and a layout that was different from any other McDonald's I've ever been to. Although customer service is still available, I could tell from their new layout that the restaurant is leaning more towards contactless service, which I'm personally all for it.The customer service was extremely good. I was greeted by staff as soon as I entered, and my food was brought out to me in a timely manner. The order accuracy was great, nothing was missing, including the extra condiments we ordered to have with our breakfast.The only downside was that the interior was dirty. Although we were there for breakfast, it was apparent that the trash was from the night before because there were french fries throughout the dining room, as well as straw wrappers, and ketchup packets. The tables were also sticky from soda residue.With a score of 21 out of 25, I give this restaurant a B.

Don't go there in the afternoon, service is horrible. I've waited over 20 mins on several occasions then given a attitude because I was upset at the poor service. then to top it off the quarter pounder was way under cooked. I won't b coming back when the kids work. Service is great when the adults are working. Also manager sits in lobby on phone while everything is backed up, very poorly run, after 3pm don't waste your time

Got there at the supposed 24 hour McDonald 's at 8:50pm. All the lights were on and there was people waiting in the drive-thru. Sat there for 10 minutes to no answer, said hello into the speaker, nothing. Finally decided to pull around the building, not a single soul working in there and only one person eating. If there 's not anyone working, than close the store. The best part is that if they are so under staffed, then why did they turn down my application I put into work there. With multiple references and previous jobs. So annoying!

I think there’s a lettuce shortage. I shoulda went to Chick-fil-a. BUT my dog loves cheeseburgers so I HAD to stop at McDonalds…
