Beaver Creek Chophouse

I can usually judge the quality of a restaurant by presenting their salads and not disappointing their iceberg wedge! I had the Sea Bass, my wife had the fillet and it was fantastic! Besides, you can't hit the view directly at the base of Beaver Creek! Very recommended!

Absolutely fantastic! The Beaver Creek Chophouse is the perfect place to enjoy some exquisite comfort food and cocktails! It is located on the edge of Beaver Creek, opposite the ski slopes. The interior is modern, but the terrace has an incredible view of the mountains, the ski slopes and the brook. Your Crispy Pork Belly Sliders are incredible, the mac-n-cheese is incomparable, and the Peach Salad is uniquely delicious. The best on the menu is the PBJ C Cocktail!! It tastes like a chocolate peanut butter jelly sandwich. Oh, and the service is great too!

Beautiful slope, attentive service and good food. I enjoyed and crab cake, my fillet was cooked to a perfect rare plus as desired.

YUM! Beaver Creek Chophouse was a perfect lunch after a long hike. Our waitress was very kind and had a few laughs with us- she obviously cares about her job! We were seated on the patio and had an excellent view of the slopes as well. We all got burgers and sandwiches and they were excellent. My only critique would be that they were all overcooked. I ordered my burger (as pictured below) medium-rare, and got it almost well-done. I understand the food safety standpoint though. Next time we're up in Beaver Creek, we will definitely be back.

Love the place. Next to ski lift and really nice staff! The food and drinks are very delicious. Fast service. Mulled wine and chilli soup are the best! Definitely recommended
