Five Guys - Beaufort

Yummy Hamburger and Pommes. Delicious for the whole family. I love the fact that they are the same quality every time. Adaptation is a must. I suggest adding jalapenos every time. Make the burger so delicious. Clean interior and friendly staff ensure a good experience.

Usually I get great food here and never had complaints, but I have made an online order and paid in full amount and turns out that they decided to close early and mention nothing about it on their website or Google. So I didn't pay for food and saw 6 employees run by the phone when I tried to call and a refund or something. EDIT: District Manager John is amazing and treated problem in less than 24 hours. Thank you.

Consistently dependable! I had an interesting experience when I visited—after KFC informed me they couldn't prepare any chicken because they were closing in 15 minutes, I headed over to Taco Bell, where a chair was blocking the drive-thru. I’m glad I made the switch! A special shoutout to the gentleman working the grill at 9 a.m. He was handling multiple tasks that usually require 3 or 4 staff members, including fries, burgers, sandwiches, and handing out orders. He definitely deserves a raise!

Tyler the manager makes the best cheese burgers at Bluffton 5 guys!!! Highly recommend this 5 guys. Tyler never disappoints when he is working.
