Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Battle Creek

The staff were very friendly, and the restrooms were clean. I ordered ahead of time, but had to wait about 10 minutes after I arrived for my meal. I was slightly confused at first because most places have a shelf for picking up orders, but here they don't. Instead, they keep the online orders chilled behind the counter, which I thought was a nice touch.

A shoutout to the Battle Creek location for their incredibly friendly staff! There are a couple of girls I see in the drive-thru in the morning who truly enhance the experience. I don’t know their names, but one girl with brown hair has outstanding customer service skills. I’m obsessed with the Pomegranate Plunge and my all-time favorite, the Turkey Bacon Ranch. The place is very clean too. Thanks for fueling my smoothie addiction!

My granddaughter is a huge fan of Tropical Smoothie! She hasn't met a smoothie she didn't enjoy! Her favorite sandwich is the Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread, paired with a bag of Jalapeno Chips. The staff is very friendly, and our orders are always quick and correct!
