The Overpass Merchant - Baton Rouge

After enjoying the pictures on instagram, I finally have the change, eat and enjoy the atmosphere here! I love the drinks and eating!

Lots of flies and the food tasted different this time and not as good.

We had a table for four inside for brunch. We started with the cheese curds which were great. I had a very good **** Mary. I decided on the Texas Ranger with extra gravy. The chicken and biscuits were cooked well. The sausage gravy was so good that I split my biscuits and added the extra gravy. We will be coming back.

Food wasn’t cold when it came out but wasn’t warm either it was bland truffles fries were soggy and were barely fried and it’s my favorite item on the menu but i barely touched them

We had fabulous lemon drop martinis, beer and other cocktails. The brussel sprouts, cheese curds and pork buns were tasty and great to share. That burger is one of the best in BR. Our server was very attentive , we will be back.
