Bidrage med feedbackI was disappointed to find that the pizzas didn't come in the sizes I expected. I thought I was ordering a large, but the pizzas turned out to be quite small. I ended up having to order two more large pizzas from Domino's.
We love Papa John's, but this was our first experience ordering from this particular location. We placed our order at 6:45 PM, and by 8:30 PM, it still hadn't arrived. We called to inquire about it, but there was no information available. By 9:15 PM, we still hadn't heard anything about our pizza, so we called again, and they still couldn’t provide any updates and said the order was "hired." When we finally checked outside, we found our pizza and breadsticks were soggy and cold. There was no delivery confirmation, and we didn't even get a knock on the door. Now we’re having to reheat our food, which is very disappointing.
The management at this establishment, led by Christine (or Christina), was outstanding. I have encountered issues with the PJ app, where my orders have repeatedly been sent to the PJ Lee Drive location instead of several closer options. Each time, the manager has arranged for a third-party service to deliver my order. It would have been easy for them to give up or simply avoid the trouble of double-checking my order, but the manager actively worked with me to navigate this less-than-ideal situation. Christina’s exceptional customer service has consistently made up for the shortcomings of the PJ technology. Papa John’s, please fix your app! Keep up the great work, Lee Drive management!
I'm searching for the right words to express my disappointment without being too harsh. To put it simply, my experience was quite disappointing. I ordered a heart-shaped pizza yesterday to celebrate Valentine’s Day early and ended up waiting half an hour. That wouldn’t have been a problem, except the pizza didn’t even resemble a heart; it was just a regular triangle. The taste was terrible—it was as if I was eating cardboard. In fact, I think it would have been better if there had been more cheese. To top it off, the pizza was ice cold, almost as if it had been sitting in my fridge. I'm really upset about this. I would have rather eaten the $20 I spent than endure this experience. I won't be ordering from here again. My friend is trying to defend the place, but I’m done. Domino's would never have done this to me.
Common papa John's ..don't you have a certain standards...the pizza was not cooked am the way Dowee..flavor is NOT like the regular standard papa johns????
