Main Event Baton Rouge

What a joke. Paid over 200 for my sons birthday party. Seemed like a great deal 1 hr of bowling, 2 hours in the arcade, an unlimited laser tag. Heres how it goes. You get on the lane. They start hassling you about what time you want laser tag so theycan book you (you MAY get two 6 minute games in). So you stressing out while bowling, and they keep intereupting so you dont geta full hr, also you got to eat because they serve you on the lane. You go to the arcade next. These kids spend two hours tryingto rack up points, only to be told after its unlimited play but you dont get tickets for timed cards you basically playing fornothing WHICH they do not tell you in advance. I will NOT waste my money here again. Can get more bang for my buck atchuk-e-cheese of all places

Horrible experience!!! I understand that it?s $12.99 Monday and there?s a shortage in staff everywhere but waiting in line for over 40 minutes with only one cashier and watching her walk away to assist other customers way in the back of the building whilewe wait for an additional 5 minutes is absurd!! Someone came to assist her and she still ignored us. There were other employeesin the back walking around that could have assisted the other customers walking up to the front counter. Another cashier finallycame to assist after we waited 30 minutes. We come here all the time on a Monday when the kids are off from school and it hasnever been this way. Main event needs new management asap!

Great place for the kids to have a good time. Be warned though it is not cheap, ouch. Also the service in the restaurant was good but just a tad slow considering there wasn?t anyone really in there with us.

Took my 15 year old for his 15th birthday and we had fun! We went late so it was less crowded and more personal. We had a nice meal at the restaurant and the waiter was really nice and friendly! I will be going back!

Spent a few hours bowling with kids and then another game video games. Burgers were great. The children enjoyed the shirley temples. The best part of the Main Event is the staff. They were thrilled to be there and it was contagious, even the intestinal balls were funny (and there was a lot of them). We all had a great time and the kids are planning our next trip there.
