Lit Pizza - Baton Rouge

As soon as we entered, we saw that the line had already wrapped around the interior of the restaurant. Thankfully, it moved quickly, and we received our pizzas within minutes of sitting down and getting our soft drinks. I was really impressed! And the pizzas? Absolutely delicious. The ingredients were fresh, the cheese was real (they even grated the Parmesan on-site), and that oven definitely heats everything up fast. I will definitely be returning—often!

I was truly impressed! As someone with Celiac Disease, my dining options are quite limited. However, the staff at LIT demonstrated a strong understanding of gluten ingredients and took serious precautions against cross-contamination. The food was fantastic, and the gluten-free crust was both light and crispy.

This has become my new favorite restaurant! We've started a weekly tradition of dining here. The pizza is incredible! The fresh ingredients and the wood-fired oven give it such delicious flavor. The service is consistently quick! The staff at the Gonzales location next to Rouses are fantastic! I give it 5 stars because I can't rate it a 10!

Visited the Prairieville/Gonzales location today; y'all were packed and it was obvious the staff was working very hard, yet they served with a smile. Our pizzas were delicious! We were also impressed with the price $8 per pizza with unlimited toppings is a great deal. I also really appreciate the gluten free option and the vegan cheese! Thanks so much for a great dinner!

BEST GLUTEN FREE PIZZA IN TOWN. I have a high sensitivity to gluten (tho Im not celiac) and I have always had a safe, delicious dining experience at Lit. Their dedicated utensils and red sauce and glove switching policy is all obvious and reassuring. Their gluten free crust is tasty and versatile for lots of flavor combinations. They have lots of gluten free toppings, so I never have to settle. I'm so pleased to have such good pizza available again.
