Villa Grande Pizzeria - Bath

Been going her for many years but something has been kind of off with there pizza for the last year or so. I have no complaints about the rest of the menu but lately the pizza has been subpar. Sometimes too much sauce and/or very under cooked. Tonight it wasn't even sliced all the way through. We'll be searching for a new pizza spot but will continue to go there for other menu items. We order takeout from here periodically. The service is always friendly and food decent. Yesterday I ordered the sausage quesadilla for the first time and was disappointed. There were hardly any ingredients inside. (I did order the peppers and onions well done, and they were which is a plus. But they were sparse, and the cheese was almost non-existent and all dried up like it was cooked too long. It looks like they only put a little bit of cheese on the tortilla and then none in the middle with the other ingredients before they fold it to grill it. Maybe this is the way they make it, but my expectations for a quesadilla are lots of gooey melted cheese throughout not little tiny scraps of dried up cheese stuck here and there to the tortilla. The quantity of ingredients was not worth the price that we paid.

Villa Grande is my boyfriend and I’s favorite pizza spot in the area. I have never had bad food from this place. The pizza is delicious as are the other dishes they offer.
