U.s. Pizza - Batesville

The salad was wonderful couldn't have asked for a better salad. However the pizza that we ordered was soaked in Grease, had orange grease floating on top we had to use napkins to take off some of the Grease and needless to say it didn't stay in mystomach very long as I got sick later. They have the best salads in town but every time I get pizza here I question myself whydid I do it again.

Service was unfriendly. They were out of RANCH!!! Are you kidding me ??????????? That?s what they?re famous for am I right? One of our meals had bad onions , it was not eaten but yet they wouldn?t remove it from our bill. ??????????? They get themeal back but still continue to refuse to remove that meal from the bill. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! Waitress needs somemanners as welll as the kitchen staff. What a waster!!

Top of the worst service list I have ever received. The waitress who served us was nice in the beginning, but then she started giving attitude after we asked for house ranch (which they did not have). Our family was disappointed in the quality of thefood, too! Something is up with the onions because, gross. I asked for a refund for ONE of the items I didn't even make a dentin. The manager also had a bad attitude stormed away before letting me finish talking. Overall, if you like bad service, badonions, tacky atmosphere burnt pizza .. this is the place for you.

They never seem to get my Salad order right. Always put more on it than I like and ordered. Music way to loud and Rock too Hard for my taste.

This is the sixth time in the past 18 months that my to-go salad order has been incorrect. How difficult can it be to read the order tickets? What if a customer has an allergy to one of the toppings they requested to be omitted? I give one star for the taste when it's made correctly. I drive 30 minutes to US Pizza to pick up my order, and I expect that the person I tipped at the front has ensured that the food in the bag matches the order. After another 30-minute drive home, I'm frustrated to find that the ingredients I asked to be removed are still on my salad. At this point, I wonder why I even bother tipping. I've hesitated to leave a review, but this has been a consistent issue over a long period of time. It's a waste of both gas and money.
