Pizza Hut. - Batavia

The order is not correct when it is picked up. this has happened several times without taste minimum toppings

Order 2 pizzas from my mobile device. they were ready in time. the employee was pleasant, courtesy and offers great customer service. even talk about the weather. in any case look forward to the use of the services of this facility.

My favorite. today was a great experience. they simply keep all the personal drivers of today.

Ordered 2 pan pizzas and got hand tossed instead. When I called to let them know I was first offered only $5.00 off of my order. After calling back the manager offered me a credit for the full amount. While I appreciate the credit, next time if you don’t have what’s being asked of you let the customer know upfront. Also the hand tossed pizza was gross.
