Uncle T's - Basseterre

Uncle T's Casper is outstanding. It has consistently delivered delicious food over the years.

As always, it was fantastic! I’ll definitely be back every year while I’m at the airport.

My first stop every time I arrive in SKB is this restaurant. I usually visit every other day while I'm on the island. The ketchup they serve is addictive—definitely not your typical ketchup! The food is delicious, and the prices are fantastic.

One of the best friend chicken joints on the island hands down!. The menu is very limited; consisting of fries, fried chicken hot dogs and burgers. Service can get really service slow during peak hours but it's always well worth the wait and the prices are very affordable.

The food is pretty good. Have your basic chicken/hotdog/burger with fries. Also good selection of drinks. The menu was a little hard to find at first, heard their orignal menu was stolen. The wait time can get long sometimes, especially at night but its worth the wait. Food is pretty good.
