Kfc - Basingstoke and Deane

Cold food, could not eat it. Dirty seating area . Slow service. Says 100 characters min. But what more can you say about rubbish.

I ordered an Oreo shake, teriyaki bites, and mashed potatoes. The Oreo shake tasted like icy water with cookie crumbs, which I did not enjoy and only took one sip. The teriyaki bites were a bit tough, but the mashed potatoes were excellent.

Convenient location and maybe visit once a month when in town. Surprised at poor reviews as I have always found the staff to be friendly and the food up to KFC standard. Usually eat in the upstairs section which is clean although sometimes out of serviettes and hand cleanser. Never had any problem there.

Ordered delivery this evening via deliveroo.Food arrived, almost cold, missing a serve of fries and wrong drink sent.Tried to call the store, no reply.Shockingly poor approach to business.Consider yourselves OFF the list for our family from now on. Utter shambles.

Ordered £40 of food for family thru deliveroo.. Ages to arrive...and driver shot off before we had chance to check... When we checked food it was All wrong, half an order!!! Grandson went without due to a lack of attention to detail on your part...Not Happy..and now we have to wait 48hrs before I get money back it's shocking... Won't be using you again, and will be telling Everyone I know NOT TO USE YOU EITHER. The Receipt doesn't even tally with the food received...
