Mcdonald's - Basildon

Very cold, poor service and very rude staff. No offer of replacement people walking out my children ended up with my meal. Would not recommend

Ordered table service and a stripy young teenager basically threw it on the table. Clearly not paid enough to smile. Food was without a doubt the worst I’ve ever paid for. McDonalds is often cold but this place takes the biscuit chips were literally icy. Staff don’t care. Would definitely never return.

Does anyone at this McDonald's actually care? I ordered a Grand Big Mac meal and not only did they hand over a strawberry milkshake with the lid not on properly, but they had given me a big mac (which was cold) and cold fries. This has to be the worst McDonald's in the country. The staff are all young, having fun and don't care about whether they get the orders right and should all being fired. Get people that care about customer service, want to work and can provide quality customer care.

On the weirdly named Fortune of War roundabout. Small car park, small eating area. Called in for a quick bite to eat before a car journey. The place (and car park) was deluged with delivery drivers with their insulated bags. No issue with the food itself. Not the easiest McDonalds to access because of the road layouts.

Shocking, firstly we order plain cheese burger happy meal for little girl and a toffee nut latte nothing crazy. We drive up to the first window and as a poor gentleman was trying to take payment the manager comes in shout and waving her finger in his face. It was very awkward to witness and very embarrassing for the young lad. The manager didn’t take any notice to us trying to pay. But continued to yell at him. We then got our food and my little girls chips were stale and cold and the burger wasn’t plain had mustard, gherkins and onions in so she didn’t eat any of it. Waste of money!!
