Cloud Naan - Basildon

Poor Indian Take Away, Will not be ordering again. Small portions,order was wrong and took forever to arrive. This takeaway has changed hands and no way near as good as it used to be. Stay clear and go somewhere else.

Where do I start? Not only was my order wrong. But it was swimming in grease, completely inedible and pre maid/ microwaved because I asked for one of the meals without onions. So when it came with more onion than chicken I called the takeaway. A staff member told me there was nothing they could do and “it always comes that way”if I’m honest is sounded like he was used to receiving complaints. A family member became worried to eat the chicken in fear of getting ill. What my family ate was “disgusting”. It’s almost as if they spent more money on advertisement than their chefs/staff. It’s a mile away from Indian/ Bangladeshi food! It was honestly the worst takeaway ever!!

This was the first time I've ordered from here and will most definitely recommend this delivery service, the young lady was lovely. The food was amazing and really hit the spot. I never get to eat all my meal as it's always too spicy for me but this biriyani was delicious. Thank you

Yummy food and takeaway arrived in decent time. Just a shame that no popadoms and dips were thrown in especially at the prices charged.

Didn’t know about Cloud Naan until a menu was posted through the door, and glad it did. The service is brilliant order on line and track delivery, arrived on time and food hot. Amazing tasting food, would agree with other reviews, best Indian take away we have tasted in a very long time. Would highly recommend and will definitely been returning. Thank you
