Bidrage med feedbackI made a reservation for four people on November 6th. When we arrived, we noticed a sign at the door stating that there was no heating, which was unexpected. We were first shown to a table that was cramped in the corner, but we declined that option. After rejecting another table as well, I ended up finding a table on my own. The entire restaurant was freezing, making it uncomfortable to stay. The dishes we received were ice cold, and when our meals finally arrived, they were served on cold plates. The potatoes were hard on the inside—truly a disaster. We also saw other diners taking their meals home in doggy bags rather than finishing their food there or enjoying a dessert.
The waitress was unhelpful; I had to argue with her just to get a drink. I also had to ask repeatedly for a salt shaker and a steak knife, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, my daughter found a hair in her chicken, which completely ruined our appetite. It was an absolutely disastrous evening.
The waitress was quite unhelpful. I had to argue just to get a cordial, and I had to request a salt shaker with actual salt in it. Asking for a steak knife seemed like too much trouble for her. Then my daughter found a hair in her piece of chicken, which completely ruined our appetite. Overall, it was a disastrous evening.
I made a reservation for four people on November 6th. When we arrived, there was a notice at the door indicating that there was no heating, and it had been out for a month. Why were we not informed about this when we made the reservation? The first table we were offered was crammed into a corner, which we declined. After that, we were offered another table, which we also refused, so I went to find a table on my own. The entire restaurant was freezing, to the point that we couldn’t take our coats off. The dishes we were served were cold, and when our meals finally arrived, they were on cold plates. The jacket potatoes were hard on the inside. It was a complete disaster. We even noticed other patrons packing their meals into doggy bags to take home because it was too cold to stay and enjoy dessert.
