Debenhams - Basildon

I have visited this restaurant a few times before deciding to write a review. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is typically calm and relaxed. Breakfast is decent, but the quality of the lunch dishes is lacking. The meals seem to be pre-cooked and kept under heat lamps, resulting in less than fresh flavors. However, they do serve tasty baked potatoes. If you're looking for a quiet spot to grab a snack, it's not a bad choice. I would suggest avoiding the cakes though, as they are not recommended. Overall, the food quality brings down the rating of this establishment.

A lunch with a jacket kartoffel. Unfortunately I saw that the dame took up my kartoffel with her fingers without gloves after she took money on the until . I suggested to the caregiver that he was moved with his personal about hygiene!. he offered to do it right, but I won't go back in there.

One of the best shops in basildon loose to choose, sold a large selection to were also a virgin travel shop in store and a restaurant

Whilst shopping in Debenhams we had coffee. Staff were polite and prices are not bad. They offer a small menu of food, but as I said we only wanted a black coffee. Why do they not fill it up when you don't have milk I...don't know. This did happen when I requested it. (You shouldn't have to ask). It was quite busy and appeared to be doing a good trade. Just a shame it wasn't that clean.

We quite often use this restaurant in debenehams for a stop off when we are out shopping. You can get a nice cup of coffee and cake. Occasionally we have had other food in here but not very often. You get good customer service in...here, and nothing is too much trouble for them. We will definately carry on using them.
