Sushi One Sushi - Bartlesville

I honestly don’t understand how this place has good reviews. I’m from out of state, so I don’t know what the standard for sushi is here, but this was the worst sushi I’ve ever had. The California rolls were somehow extremely dry. My salmon roll barely had and salmon in it they are definitely skimpy on the main ingredient and fill with the cheap stuff like cucumber. I wanted a plain snow crab roll without lettuce or whatever weird ingredients they have on their idea of a snow crab roll and it was all rice with a tiny spot of snow crab. Not impressed cant trust reviews on google anymore very misleading.

This was a pleasant surprise to spend an afternoon meal. The atmosphere was calming and relaxed with equally calming decor. The Tempura crab was an outstanding appetizer, and the hibachi salmon was superb. The salmon was cooked very tender, and the sauce was a perfect compliment. The sushi 3 for $15 special was also worth the visit. The portions were generous yet not excessive and tasted excellent. Overall we had a wonderful time and look forward to dining here again!

Got the lunch Bento box and the family got the 3 roll lunch specials, food was fresh and tasted good. Good value for the price.

Food was excellent and the variety was to the point you would find anything to satisfy you. Even you so called vegans . Service was pleasing and they make strides to help you anyway they can. Restaurant was roomy and casual.

Food was not good, chicken was DRY, rolls were ehhh. Have had way better for the price. Service was good.
