Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store

We were coming from Texas and decided to stop in a get an ice cream. Our server Matt was very nice. He was very attentive. It was nice to see a young man carry on a great conversation, we told him we were from Texas and how hot it was outside, and our ice cream was going to melt.Great young man. Good job Matt.

Very nice, well-stocked business. Restaurant tables and floors and the toilet in serious need of cleaning.

The burgers from the bag of the Burger Deal were overcooked and there were pimples/no cheese for demand. Used to get Braums in Tulsa was surprised by the lack of quality in bartlesville.

Ice is good and burgers are good. Fries are usually not fresh and the young children who work there are not trained to be friendly and act as if they hate and show the work. It's not every time in time, it's every time we get there. Maybe the manager isn't friendly to them. Not sure, but it definitely needs some work.

We ordered two sundaes and a frozen yogurt on a waffle cone. They were delicious and exactly what we expected!!
