Panda Express - Bartlesville

Beautiful clean inviting atmosphere. New and fresh feeling. Staff were very nice and helpful. They let me try some ducks until I knew what I wanted. I was very pleasantly surprised. The Beijing Beef is what I decided. I liked that only the employees treated the food and utensils, so I didn't know I touched a handle roughly by someone dirty bathroom hands. The only negative was 8 could say that the food was a little bit eaten because it was a bit dry. Besides, the taste was great.

Found bone in the boneless teriyaki chicken. Watch your kids food.when I called restaurant and told them lady on phone didn't believe us that there was a bone I do have pictures. Would post picture but it won't let me .

I love Panda Express food. But I have to say that I’m not at all happy with my food today. The rice was terrible and I know because I’m a person that cooks rice all the time. It was raw and hard. Usually the food is really good but I don’t know who prepared the rice. Sorry but I pay almost 10 dollars for a meal and I expected it to be good. Is not really about the money is more about having a good meal. No matter what the price is. Hopefully who ever is making the rice will learn to make it better. Sorry for the harsh words. Not intentional

Service and management lacking. Have had multiple experiences where I’ve had to pull around and wait. Always having to wait double the wait time they have. This latest experience they said we had to wait for super greens and teriyaki chicken. After waiting 20 minutes instead of the 10 they initially told us, we went in and our food had been sitting on the counter except for Beijing beef. Which was not something that was “out” at the time of order.

I have eaten their alot. Product missing in the containers. The Mgr said its always like that I said not when I got food their for the last 2ish years. She wanted to be right. The manager never said im sorry when I went back for a refund. Truly sad. Im enclosing pics of the food portions and then after waiting 25 mina to get food at another Chinese rest for 7 dollars more than what Panda charged and 5 times the food
