Mcdonald's - Bartlesville

Waited 30 minutes after we paid, as soon as we got our drinks they said to move up and they would bring out our food. At one time 9 vehicles was waiting for food!

We just ordered big breakfast and susage egg mc muffin. They did not give us any butter or syrup. ?? my husband is always in a rush so we did not go back. I can’t eat dry pancakes. I wish they were more aware at this Mc Donald’s. We are on a very long trip so could not go back.

For what each trip is worth and there hardwork, I go based on an overall rating , Good experiences, Last trip experience not so great, but each time there, dedicated team does try to make it right Customer Right/Employee Right. All made accurate, -feeling alright, ? I don 't have enough room to comment my truest ideas on this, go find out. Used to be a great place to eat, however that is not the case if you go through the drive thru. Last time my daughter went through there, they left out the quarter pounder w/cheese, and gave her a six piece nugget. Been there a few times and they always leave something out or give me the wrong sandwich order. McDonald’s has never been the same since the 90’s. Food was cooked differently, no microwaves, or Q-ing ovens, soft serve machine always worked, McDonald Land cookies were awesome, just a better place altogether.
