Started out by showing up a day before our reservation (my error). They took care of it seamlessly. The service was excellent by Samantha. We started with the wild Texas colossal shrimp cocktail. An excellent and unique riff on an old standby. The shrimp were marinated in a slightly spicy mix and it had a wedge of avocado, interesting sauce and garnished with fried inions. My wife had a pasta dish with seafood that she said was outstanding. I had the 72 hour sous vide beef sort rib. It was excellent. Highly recommend Region and will be back.
