This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy coffee. Tabitha is a new worker who serves her customers very well and is very relaxed. It’s a great environment. I will come again!
One of my favorite coffee shops to do work or go to read. I 've noticed one of the new employees is very passive aggressive and confirmed with other friends who enjoy the place that they experienced the same. The only reason I 'm writing this review is because I watched her be actively rude and passive aggressive to a couple who ordered coffee to-go an hour before closing. They tried to engage her in friendly conversation and she confirmed she was frazzled due to her having closed most of the shop an hour early since no new customers had come in for a while. I 've never had a bad interaction with any other employee which is why this stuck out to me as uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
Wow, what a place….The barista was very unkind we were sitting down and talking, when all of a sudden we heard the young woman working behind the counter exclaim, “um we close at 6….” It was exactly 6pm when the barista made her rude comment. She could have said, “excuse me, I just want to let you know that we close at 6pm…” or something not so abrupt.
Love this place. Coffee and a muffin and feeding the sparrows!
