Doe's Eat Place - Baron Rouge

The 3lb porterhouse was good, but it wasn’t $139 good. Texas Roadhouse has a more flavorful steak at a fraction of the cost. The shrimp were pretty good, but again, in South Louisiana, you’ve got to have an amazing recipe to beat out the competition. Demsey’s fried shrimp are better. The staff and customer service were absolutely amazing. 5-stars for them!

Tamales and Chili tasted like Christmas at Grandma's place. The steaks are from heaven. Just go and eat, you won't be disappointed!

The place was quaint. We showed up without a reservation and we’re able to get a table. It wasn’t very busy. We both ordered steak. The salad and drop biscuits was the best part of the meal. Neither steak had any flavor. (Texas Roadhouse is better in my opinion. The fries it came with were burnt and not freshly made. They had been sitting a while. We all got sweet tea, but it tasted like instant tea and not brewed tea (we are all avid tea drinkers . For the amount we paid…I would not recommend … – show

Steak was so good, and very relaxed atmosphere. Most top end steakhouse's feel so upety but not this one come as you are!!
