Chai Thai-lao - Baron Rouge

Thai Chai Lao is our favorite Thai food! Everything we have eaten is delicious!

Great place! Highly recommended! My friend and I were in the mood for a curry. Ordered the Yellow Curry and Massaman Curry. Both were excellent. They're open for lunch, then close for a couple of hours, and reopen for dinner@4pm. We got there around 4:00 and they were already very busy with what I assumed were take out orders. Service was very fast and the food came out piping hot. Portions are very generous. By 4:30, the place was starting to fill up.

The papaya salad was amazing. My only complaint was the heat levels seemed inconsistent. But I highly recommend.

Every time you are in Baton Rouge; YOU COME HERE, point, blank, period. I have not even been in MONTHS, and I am deciding to leave them a review just because their food and service is just that good and sticks with you. Go and Enjoy.

Woman owned business with excellent food. The employees are always friendly, it's obvious that they take pride in their craft. You know it's good when there's a line out the door on a Wednesday afternoon. Everything has always been fresh absolutely delicious. Best crab rangoons, pad thai, fried rice in town by far. Easily my favorite lunch spot in BR!
