Tennesseeland Chicken - Barnet

Rude, when you order from a place you have ordered from for a long time and your patiently waiting and looking forward to your food to arrive and when it arrives your greeted by the delivery man whom you know and he mentions that theres new management new food and you think okay, and you take your food and start to eat it and it does not bang its no way near as nice as it used to be, new management no no no what have you done ! The wings are a 0, curry wings now and lost all their crispy golden coating . The chicken is a 2 the thigh is soggy and the coating is not crisp and tasty like it used to be, the chips have changed lost their flavour, strip burger was the best thing tho the bun changed its bigger and dryer and I preferred the old strips. Disapointing to say the least especially when you get the opposite you what you expected .I wont be ordering again.

The food they are serving is awesome. No difference between the meals. Everything is delicious!!! Highly recommended for everyone

My favorite chicken shop by far. Today, the quality was just not to standard. Chips a little undercooked and the chicken felt a bit old. Not the amazing quality it usually is. Besides that still outstanding service.

Food tasted like packaged already cooked chicken that was battered and just deep fried it. when called to ask why the food was late (took an hour n half it’s for original estimated delivery) some new employee answered the food and immediately asked us to call back later as he didn’t know what to do. someone also bit into the chicken burger and something hard hurt his tongue. definitely not a place worth ordering from at all. the food was cold as well.

Food arrived over 45 mins late. Turned up stone cold. Called the restaurant, very rude to me on the phone and explained they were busy so can't be helped even though they did not update us throughout the nearly 2 hours it took for food to arrive. When I explained that it was freezing and could not be eaten he told me there was nothing he could do and refused to refund. Extremely disappointed in this restaurant and will not be eating from them again.
