Bidrage med feedbackThe staff and customer service at Asda Merilands Dagenham are very rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. I have experienced the worst level of bad behaviour by customer service staff at Scan Go and when I tried to submit a formal complaint about the rude staff, I was told that he was the sectio manager (Gary). Clearly, he is not suitable for a customer facing role and should be removed from the frontline. I will not go to Asda again and will suggest everyone to avoid Asda in general and Dagenham Asda in particular. Worst staff behaviour and arrogant with customer.
The customer service is very bad. I got very bad experience about returning something. Customer service manager stracy was very rude behaving to me. She was very disrespectful with customer. I have lost receipt politely I say sorry and I was pay by card. Just 3 days ago I was brought it. All Asda stores are camera recorded. She can check easily. The Customer service rudely ignored.
Worse customer service they need more train even supervisor
Hate the length of car park entrance and exit route. Good cheap fuel station with air compressor thar you can make card payment with contactless
Revisited ASDA today. Hot day, plenty of people wanting beer and BBQ stuff. Got to the till, the queue was up the aisle for the self checkout and staffed tills. Got on a self checkout (12 tills staffed by one person) and had to wait 20 mins along with 7 other people while the staff member scanned every item for a single customer!! Where was the floor manager or queue busters to stop this problem? Complete lack of management or customer service, better off going Aldi over the road at least you'll be through the till in under a hour!!
