Mother's Kitchen - Bar Harbor

Decided to stop here after reading several great reviews. Designed to go with the Bacon, Egg and Dill cheese on Rye with a Maple Iced Coffee. It was incredible! Everything was cooked for perfection. The bacon was delicious! If you like Dill, you need to try the Dill Cheese. The maple in coffee was subtle and added the right to sweetness. The price was reasonable and the options were plentiful. I would recommend stopping here for breakfast before exploring the rest of Maine!

Sandwiches and coffee were great! The ingredients seemed very fresh and locally produced. I went for the first time today, but will definitely be again next time I am on the island

We are visiting from California and would eat here every day if we could everything was fresh and yum. The quality comes through. We loved the variety of vegetarian options and the outdoor seating area is an idyllic respite from the crowds of downtown bar harbor.

My husband and I ordered simple breakfast sandwiches on their basic rolls and they were fantastic. The coffee and lattes were good, there was ample parking, prices are reasonable especially for the quality, and the staff were some of the friendliest around. We would be regulars if we lived in the area!

This is a small, out of the way place near Acadia National Park. It's a walk-up, eat outside place. Wonderful coffee, macaroons. Lots of locals get their morning Jolt here. Mother's Kitchen is close to Trenton, Maine.
