Island Place - Bar Harbor

My husband and I traveled from South Carolina. This place was exactly what we were looking for. The room was very clean, and the location is great. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Maureen was so friendly and very knowledgeable in the area. We recommend you to stay here!

We had a lovely stay here for Memorial Day weekend. Very small and cozy hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable, conveniently located and short walk to downtown Bar Harbor. Highly recommend!

Island Place is a great place to stay. This was my first stay with them and had a excellent experience with the owner and staff members. They are knowledgeable about activities you might be interested in. Room was great and nicely located so you can walk to town without having to find a parking spot, cause you already have one at Island Place. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a place to stay when you are in town.

Very clean, the staff is so informative and helpful. Very close to Acadia National Lark, a short walk to the village and Island Place has a great place to park at all times. Highly recommend staying here!

Clean room, friendly staff, close to Bar Harbor, outdoor area landscaped with flowers, and refrigerator in room. The office offered filtered water, coffee, tea, microwave, and printer. Highly recommend!
