Hadley's Point Campground - Bar Harbor

We loved this family campsite. Our site was forested in the B area and it was nice and quiet. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It is in a great location and just minutes from Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. We also found two great restaurants near the campsite “C-Rays and the Happy Clam Shack”. We'd both recommend. We definitely stay here again.

Great location for a campground, and access to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. They even have a bus service to and from. The camp store does not have all of the amenities needed so don't expect to buy Milk. Showers are .50 for 7 minutes. Very clean bathrooms. Great staff.

That was our third stay in Hadley's Point, and it wasn't disappointed. The campsite was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our children enjoyed driving their bikes and swimming in the pool. The park is only about 15 minutes to Bar Harbor and even less to Acadia NP. If you go, make sure you see Udder Heaven (Ice Cream) on the street about a mile. Another really nice feature is the Island Explorer bus system that regularly stops in the park. With the system you can take to most areas of Mount Desert Island and Acadia without your car. Definitely a huge plus. Thanks for a great week, we'll be back!

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable; the facilities were clean and well maintained. We had a basic tent for 5 nights and enjoyed our stay. The site was well shaded and not too twenty. $0.50/7min of the shower helps to keep water waste and shower revenue fast. Quiet hours start at 10 a.m., which is beautiful.

Incredible campground!! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. Campground was clean, showers and bathrooms were also very clean! The people running this place are so kind. Will absolutely stay here again when going to Acadia.
