Unfortunately I often find when purchasing coffee from Dunkin that it tastes burnt. I looked forward to the pumpkin spice coffees being added to the menu for the Autumn. So when I ordered my pumpkin spice latte and it tasted so burnt that I ended up throwing it away I was very dissapointed. If had tasted my drink before leaving the parking lot I would have gone inside and asked for a replacement. I hope the quality at some of the locations improves. Asked for 2 pup cups. Said they do not allow them. Asked for whip in two cups for humans, we were told no. Offered to pay for the whipped cream, told no. Asked for plain munchkins, told yes for humans. Got munchkins, they were glazed. We purchased other food as well. This is the first time we have been told no for some whipped cream in a cup, while also offering to pay. Every DD has this option and uses the money as donations. Very disappointing.
