Stopped here on my way to Vegas. Got here 15 minutes before closing and they had completely closed. The girl had absolutely no shame about the fact that the whole place was closed down that early. The company should either change their hours or hire staff that will be happy to work their whole shift. I used to be a coffee shop manager and I never turned away a customer before close or closed before the time we advertised.
So unfortunately I didn't have the best experience here. They were out of a few things but were nice about it. I ordered a double espresso with cream cap, and they couldn't do that either. I then ordered just a double with oat milk and mild sweetener.It was difficult to order, not because of staff but because of so many limitations. It was pretty frustrating. When they made my drink, there was so much ice to the point that I couldn't put a straw in the cup. They remade it (but by now, we were all frustrated), so they remade the drink. It tastes good. But unfortunately, you definitely get half the drink.I will still be coming back, but it would be nice if the staff was better supported and if there was product consistency
The customer service was horrible to say the least. When I am nice and say hello and the girl that’s working the counter doesn’t even say hi or smile and looks at me stone faced. I’m thinking she doesn’t like her job and maybe should be told or trained how to welcome patrons. I made a sarcastic remark about usually people smile when they greet customers lol. After she did my order she went back to the girl plus another girl and said what I said then also added that I wish I could have told her what I thought. Oh I forgot to add I waited for her and another employee chit chat while I waited. I must’ve interrupted their convo and that’s why she was so rude. I go to coffee bean often and have never had an experience like this one. I was a manager at Vons for years! This experience was uncalled for. Thank you for you time!
